Joyn’s “24/7 Channels” are always-on, curated streams organized by genre or content type: From comedy to crime to reality. Seamlessly integrated into the Live TV grid, they look and feel like regular channels, but with one major upgrade: users can jump around the timeline and choose what to watch, when they want.
Concept
To introduce this hybrid experience, we created a light-hearted and relatable conversation between two Joyn users. One explains the new feature, the other reacts, just like friends swapping app tips over coffee.
The tone was casual, friendly, and real, brought to life through expressive motion, vibrant colors, and dynamic design.
The result? A cheerful and human-first explainer that made discovering “24/7 Channels” feel effortless and fun.
